Terms that apply when you download, purchase, or use the Valhalla Armory mobile application.

Effective Date: July 26, 2026
Last Updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Asgard Solutions regarding Valhalla Armory. By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

EligibilityValhalla Armory is intended only for adults age 18 and older.
Product modelFree to download, with an optional one-time lifetime Premium purchase and no subscription.
Data responsibilityYour vault is local to your device. You are responsible for your password, recovery key, backups, and exports.
Safety and lawThe app is a recordkeeping tool, not legal advice, firearm-safety training, load data, or a guarantee of ballistic results.

1. Eligibility — Adults 18 and Older

You must be at least 18 years old to use Valhalla Armory. The application is not directed to children or minors.

The 18+ product requirement does not determine whether you may legally purchase, possess, transport, store, transfer, reload, or use any firearm, ammunition, accessory, component, or regulated item. Those requirements depend on applicable law and your circumstances.

2. License to Use the Application

Valhalla Armory is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and the rules of the application store through which you obtained it, Asgard Solutions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the application on devices that you own or control.

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, redistribute, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to derive the source code of the application except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

Apple App Store and Google Play usage rules and terms may also apply to your installation, purchase, and use of the application.

3. Intended Use and Product Limitations

Valhalla Armory is an organizational and record-management tool for information that you choose to enter. It is not:

  • Legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice
  • Firearm-safety instruction or a replacement for qualified training
  • Manufacturer guidance, an official government record, or an ATF system
  • A source of recommended powder charges or reloading data
  • A guarantee that ballistics, DOPE, group-analysis, reliability, value, cost, inventory, reminder, or report calculations are complete or accurate

You must independently verify safety-critical information, published load data, firearm compatibility, legal requirements, measurements, calculations, and application outputs before relying on them.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of information you enter
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations concerning firearms, ammunition, reloading, regulated items, storage, transportation, transfers, recordkeeping, and use
  • Following manufacturer instructions and established firearm and reloading safety practices
  • Maintaining safe physical storage and control of firearms, ammunition, devices, credentials, passwords, and recovery materials
  • Reviewing records, reports, calculations, reminders, imports, and exports before using or sharing them

5. Local Vault, Passwords, and Recovery

Valhalla Armory uses a local vault. It does not create an Asgard Solutions cloud account for your armory records and does not provide cloud synchronization between devices.

There is no remote password-reset service. Your vault password and recovery key are the available access methods. You are responsible for protecting them. If both are lost, Asgard Solutions cannot unlock or recover the vault.

Asgard Solutions cannot recover local records that become unavailable because a device is lost, damaged, reset, replaced, cleared, uninstalled, corrupted, or otherwise inaccessible.

6. Your Records, History, and Deletion

You retain ownership of the armory records, notes, photographs, documents, and other content that you enter or import. Asgard Solutions does not claim ownership of that content.

Some Valhalla Armory features preserve history through append-only ledgers, archived records, dispositions, corrections, and reversal events. Depending on the record type, an action may archive a record or add a historical event rather than erase the original event.

The in-app Erase Entire Vault function is the complete local-vault removal option. You must separately delete reports, photographs, documents, and backup files that you saved outside the application.

7. Free Tier and Premium Features

Valhalla Armory is free to download and includes a free tier. The free tier currently permits up to three records in each of seven independent categories: firearms, optics, accessories, ammunition records, range sessions, zero records, and maintenance records.

Archived records count toward the applicable free-category limit. If a category is already at its limit, you may continue to view and edit existing records, but creating another record in that category is blocked until capacity is available or Premium is active.

The optional Premium entitlement removes those record limits and unlocks advanced features. Premium-only functionality includes encrypted backup creation and restoration, imports, reports and exports, reloading tools, analytics, ballistics and DOPE, group analysis, barcode scanning, NFA and credential records, magazines, parts, batteries, consumables, reliability tools, ownership history, competition and drills, range checklists, customization, Saved Views, table mode, bulk actions, and duplication.

Feature availability may change through application updates. The Premium screen in the installed application shows the current offering and available purchase information.

8. Premium Purchase, Pricing, Refunds, and Restoration

Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable lifetime in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not create a recurring fee.

The price shown in the installed application is supplied by Apple App Store or Google Play and may vary by storefront, country, currency, tax, and store pricing rules. The applicable store processes payment. RevenueCat is used to retrieve the offering and verify the Premium entitlement.

“Lifetime” describes a non-expiring Premium entitlement associated with an eligible purchase. It does not guarantee that Valhalla Armory, a particular feature, a compatible operating system, a storefront, updates, or support will remain available forever.

Refund eligibility, refund processing, payment disputes, and purchase-account rules are governed by the applicable application store, applicable law, and any developer options permitted by that store. Asgard Solutions does not receive your complete payment-card information.

Restore Purchases attempts to reapply an eligible Premium purchase using store and RevenueCat purchase records. It is different from Restore Backup, which replaces local vault data from a user-controlled encrypted backup file.

Purchasing or restoring Premium requires an internet connection. A previously verified Premium status is cached for offline use, but the application cannot complete a new store transaction while offline.

9. Backups, Imports, Exports, and Sharing

Encrypted backup creation and restoration are Premium features. Backup files use a separate passphrase selected by you. The backup passphrase is not stored by Valhalla Armory or Asgard Solutions.

You are responsible for creating current backups, remembering backup passphrases, validating files before relying on them, and securely storing backup and export files.

When you import a file, export a report, save a photograph or document, print, open an external link, or use the system share sheet, you are directing information to or from a location outside the local vault. Third-party storage providers, email applications, printers, browsers, and other destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Review exports before sharing them. They may contain serial numbers, regulated-item information, personal details, financial information, locations, photographs, or other sensitive records.

10. Updates, Network Functions, Availability, and Support

Normal armory-management features are designed to work offline after installation. Internet access may be required for application-store functions, Premium purchase or restoration, application updates, external links, email, or user-selected sharing destinations.

Valhalla Armory may receive application updates, including updates delivered through the configured application-update service. Updates may add, change, remove, repair, or discontinue functionality, data formats, compatibility, limits, or user-interface behavior.

Asgard Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, continued storefront availability, or a particular support or update schedule.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the application to violate applicable law or the rights of another person
  • Attempt to bypass security, entitlement, licensing, record-limit, or access controls
  • Interfere with, damage, disrupt, or misuse the application, its update process, purchase services, or related systems
  • Introduce malicious code or use automated methods to probe or abuse the application
  • Reverse engineer or redistribute the application except where applicable law expressly permits
  • Misrepresent Valhalla Armory reports or records as official government, legal, tax, insurance, manufacturer, or safety determinations

12. Asgard Solutions Intellectual Property

Valhalla Armory, its software, design, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other application materials are owned by Asgard Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated in these terms.

13. Privacy

Use of Valhalla Armory is also governed by the Valhalla Armory Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, encryption, permissions, RevenueCat purchase verification, application updates, and other limited network services.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valhalla Armory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, data preservation, or compatibility.

Outputs depend on user-entered information, device behavior, software versions, component data, measurements, and assumptions. Asgard Solutions does not warrant that reminders, calculations, imports, exports, reports, inventory balances, reliability metrics, barcode matches, reloading records, ballistics, DOPE, or group-analysis results will be complete, current, or accurate.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asgard Solutions and its owners, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, records, profits, property, opportunities, or use; or claims arising from reliance on application outputs, inability to access the vault, device loss, backup failure, export disclosure, purchase issues, or application unavailability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Termination

You may stop using Valhalla Armory at any time and uninstall it. Your license to use the application terminates automatically if you materially violate these terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the application. Removing the application may remove local data, subject to operating-system behavior. You remain responsible for any separately saved exports and backups.

17. Changes to These Terms

Asgard Solutions may update these terms when the application, purchase model, services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The “Last Updated” date will be revised and the current terms will be posted at this URL.

Your continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. When additional notice or consent is legally required, Asgard Solutions will provide it through an appropriate channel.
