Raven Scout Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

Raven Scout is provided by Asgard Solutions LLC. By accessing or using the Raven Scout mobile app or related services, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Raven Scout Does

Raven Scout is an AI-assisted map analysis tool for hunters. It analyzes imagery and hunt parameters you provide, then returns tactical suggestions such as overlays, travel corridors, ranked setups, access routes, wind notes, assumptions, and written hunt briefs.

3. Decision Support Only

Raven Scout is a decision-support tool. It is not a substitute for scouting, hunter education, landowner permission, local regulations, property boundary checks, safe weapon handling, emergency services, or your own field judgment.

You are responsible for verifying every recommendation before relying on it. Raven Scout cannot determine whether uploaded land is legal to hunt, privately posted, subject to special Wildlife Management Area rules, closed for a season, or protected habitat.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You need an email address or Google account to use Raven Scout. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your Raven Scout account. Password reset and account recovery are handled by 6-digit email codes sent from support@asgardsolution.io.

5. User Content

You are responsible for map images, hunt notes, overlays, known locations, GPS coordinates, and other information you submit. Do not upload or process content you do not have the right to use, including paid-subscription map exports if that provider's license forbids third-party processing.

You allow Raven Scout and its service providers to process your submitted content only as needed to operate the app, create analyses, save hunts, provide support, and maintain the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer Raven Scout, scrape the service, resell analyses, automate commercial guiding, interfere with service operations, bypass usage limits, or use Raven Scout for illegal, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity without a written agreement from Asgard Solutions LLC.

7. Subscriptions and Usage Limits

Raven Scout is coming soon to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Planned tiers include Trial, Core, and Pro plus optional Extra Hunt Analytics packs. Trial includes 3 lifetime AI hunt analyses. Core includes 10 analyses per month, and Pro includes 40 analyses per month. Extra Hunt Analytics packs are one-time, non-expiring analysis credits.

After launch, purchases will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. Subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled in your store account. Access continues through the paid-through date after cancellation. Upgrades may unlock immediately; downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal.

8. Rollover, Saved Hunts, and Extra Credits

Core unused analyses carry over for 1 billing cycle. Pro unused analyses accumulate for up to 12 billing cycles. Reopening a saved hunt, viewing offline, editing overlays, or repositioning markers does not consume a new analysis credit. Monthly subscription credits are used before Extra Hunt Analytics pack credits.

9. Refunds

After launch, Raven Scout will not directly process refunds. Apple and Google issue refunds under their own policies. If you need help locating the refund flow or believe a store decision missed a duplicate charge or service-blocking bug, contact support@asgardsolution.io with your receipt number and a short description.

10. AI Output and Liability

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on assumptions. Stand placements, wind predictions, access routes, pressure notes, and tactical recommendations are starting points only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asgard Solutions LLC is not responsible for unsuccessful hunts, missed shots, wounded or unrecovered game, injury, trespass, boundary violations, regulatory enforcement, wildlife encounters, or other consequences from acting on Raven Scout output without independent verification.

11. Privacy and Data Deletion

Use of Raven Scout is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Account and hunt deletion information is available at Data Deletion. After launch, deleting your Raven Scout account will not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

12. Suspension and Termination

Asgard Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, regulatory requests, security risk, payment entitlement issues, or repeated Terms violations. You may delete your account any time from Profile → Account → Delete account.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as Raven Scout changes. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable in-app or email notice when appropriate.
