Help for account access, password reset, hunt analysis, subscriptions, refunds, map images, weather, privacy, and saved hunt history as Raven Scout prepares for launch on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Include your account email, device model, OS version, Raven Scout app version, hunt species or hunt id if relevant, and a short description of what happened. For billing questions after launch, include your Apple App Store or Google Play receipt number.
From the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your account email, then use the 6-digit code sent from support@asgardsolution.io. Codes are valid for 15 minutes.
Check spam or promotions after about two minutes, then request a new code. Requesting a new code invalidates older codes. Five wrong entries on the same code burn that code.
If you signed up with Continue with Google, you do not have a password by default. You can add an email/password fallback from Profile → Account → Add password.
Try your regular email addresses. Unknown-address reset attempts silently no-op. If needed, email support with the most likely addresses and, after store launch, any Apple App Store or Google Play purchase email.
Creating a hunt and running AI analysis require mobile data or Wi-Fi. Check airplane mode, cellular permissions, VPN settings, and retry on a stronger connection.
AI analysis usually takes under a minute. If it runs past two minutes, force-close the app and try again. Only completed new analyses count against your quota.
Use a tighter crop with visible terrain features. A roughly 0.5 to 2 square mile map area with clear satellite, hybrid, or topo detail usually produces better output than a very zoomed-out image.
Trial does not include weather auto-fill. Core and Pro weather auto-fill require GPS coordinates and connectivity. You can override wind, temperature, precipitation, and cloud cover manually.
Images captured from the in-app map have GPS bounds, so marker GPS can be derived. Uploaded screenshots without map bounds use pixel-only placement and do not fabricate GPS coordinates.
Raven Scout is coming soon to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Planned tiers include Trial with 3 lifetime AI hunt analyses and no credit card required, Core at $7.99/month or $79.99/year with 10 analyses per month, and Pro at $14.99/month or $149.99/year with 40 analyses per month, multi-image correlation, Pro cloud backup, and priority email support.
After launch, subscriptions and Extra Hunt Analytics packs will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. Raven Scout will not charge your card directly.
After launch, iOS subscriptions will be managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Raven Scout. Android subscriptions will be managed in Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Raven Scout. Upgrades typically unlock immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
When monthly credits run out, you can buy one-time, non-expiring packs of +5, +10, or +15 analyses. Subscription credits are used before pack credits.
After launch, refunds will be issued by Apple or Google under their policies. Raven Scout cannot issue cash refunds directly, but support can help you locate the right store flow and review duplicate-charge or service-blocking issues.
Trial and Core hunt imagery stays on the device that created the hunt. Pro adds private AWS S3 cloud backup for full-resolution map images and cross-device restore through short-lived signed URLs.
Raven Scout does not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, background location, advertising identifiers, or your full photo library. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages for details.
