Help for account access, hunt analysis, interactive maps, subscriptions, offline field packets, weather, privacy, and saved hunts in Raven Scout 3.4.0.

Include your account email, device model, OS version, Raven Scout app version, hunt species or hunt id if relevant, and a short description of what happened. For billing questions, include your Google Play receipt number, or Apple App Store receipt number on iOS.
From the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your account email, then use the 6-digit code sent from support@asgardsolution.io. Codes are valid for 15 minutes.
Check spam or promotions after about two minutes, then request a new code. Requesting a new code invalidates older codes. Five wrong entries on the same code burn that code.
If you signed up with Continue with Google, you do not have a password by default. You can add an email/password fallback from Profile → Account → Add password.
Try your regular email addresses. Unknown-address reset attempts silently no-op. If needed, email support with the most likely addresses and any Google Play purchase email, or Apple App Store purchase email.
Creating a hunt and running AI analysis require mobile data or Wi-Fi. Check airplane mode, cellular permissions, VPN settings, and retry on a stronger connection.
AI analysis usually takes under a minute. If it runs past two minutes, force-close the app and try again. Only completed new analyses count against your quota.
Return to the interactive map and capture a readable area that includes the terrain and access context you intend to evaluate. Check the hunt conditions before submitting again.
Weather auto-fill requires an eligible plan, GPS coordinates, and connectivity. You can enter or override wind, temperature, precipitation, and cloud cover manually.
Raven Scout displays a coordinate only when it can be tied to trusted map geometry. Narrative-only recommendations do not receive an invented GPS coordinate.
Raven Scout is available on the App Store and Google Play with Trial, Core, and Pro tiers. Tier-based analysis quotas are live, and eligible plans include multi-image analysis and cloud backup. The current in-app plan screen and device store show the exact allowance, feature access, renewal terms, and regional price.
Subscriptions and any additional analysis purchases shown in the app are processed through Google Play on Android and the Apple App Store on iOS, through RevenueCat. Raven Scout will not charge your card directly.
Android subscriptions are managed in Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Raven Scout. iOS subscriptions are managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Raven Scout. Upgrades typically unlock immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
If additional analysis options are available for your account, review their current amount, terms, and price in the app before purchase.
Refunds are issued by Google Play on Android and, by Apple under their policies. Raven Scout cannot issue cash refunds directly, but support can help you locate the right store flow and review duplicate-charge or service-blocking issues.
Saved hunts remain available locally, and eligible plans add private cloud backup of hunt data and in-app map captures across devices.
Raven Scout does not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, background location, advertising identifiers, or files outside the app. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages for details.
