Delete Individual Hunt Data

You can delete individual Raven Scout hunts from the History screen.

How to delete a hunt

• Open Raven Scout and go to History.
• Find the hunt you want to remove.
• Swipe left on the history row.
• Tap Delete and confirm.

This removes that hunt from your device. If the hunt has Pro cloud-backed imagery, associated cloud objects are removed from the account scope as part of the deletion flow.

Delete Your Raven Scout Account

Use Profile → Account → Delete account in the Raven Scout app. You can also request help by emailing support@asgardsolution.io .

Include the email address associated with your Raven Scout account and clearly state that you are requesting account and data deletion for Raven Scout.

What We Delete

After verifying your request, we delete or disassociate Raven Scout data tied to your account, including:

• Account records, including email, optional display name, password hash, or Google OAuth subject id.
• Hunt metadata, including species, weapon, method, date, time window, wind, GPS coordinates, known locations, and similar setup details.
• Uploaded or captured map images associated with your hunts where stored by Raven Scout, including Pro S3 objects under your user scope.
• AI analysis output, tactical recommendations, overlays, assumptions, saved markers, and saved hunt history.
• Usage counters, RevenueCat entitlement records, and tier enforcement records associated with the Raven Scout account.

What We Do Not Store

• Your plaintext password or Google password.
• Your contacts, call log, messages, or data outside the app.
• Your real-time GPS stream.
• Your precise location when Raven Scout is closed.
• Your payment card number, which will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play after store launch.

What We May Retain

• Records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting obligations.
• After store launch, billing and subscription records maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider.
• De-identified operational logs or diagnostics that do not reasonably identify you.

How Long Deletion Takes

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request requires more time because of legal, security, or operational requirements, we will notify you using the email address associated with the request.
