By downloading, accessing, or using Iron Stag (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Iron Stag Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Iron Stag mobile application and related services.

Who We Are
The Service is provided by Asgard Solutions LLC (“Asgard Solutions”, “we”, “us”).
Service Description
Iron Stag uses AI to analyze deer images and provide scan results. The Service supports Whitetail and Mule Deer only. Non-deer images may be rejected, and rejected scans do not consume scan credits.
AI Output Disclaimer
The Service may generate outputs using artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or not appropriate for your situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI output. You are responsible for how you use and interpret results.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and login credentials. Authentication uses JWT tokens that expire after 30 days. Passwords are stored only as hashed values. If you believe your account is compromised, contact support immediately.
Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for the content you submit, including ensuring you have rights to use submitted images.
- You may not use the Service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
- You may not upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security safeguards.
- You may not exceed scan limits, abuse rate limits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Accounts and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. The free tier includes three lifetime scans that do not refresh; premium subscribers have unlimited scans. Billing terms, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable store.
Data and Content
You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process submitted images and data to operate the Service, generate scan results, and maintain reliability and security.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Asgard Solutions or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and scan data from our systems. See the Data Deletion page for details.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asgard Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Asgard Solutions operates.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
